How to use
Apply glue balm on the back of lash shields, then gently place the lashes onto the pads. Once you've finished lash separation, apply another thin layer before applying any solutions.
Does it hold the lashes during treatment?
Yes. You may have experienced lashes coming off during treatment when using a glue balm from another brand. We've tested this balm across many different situations and lash types and can confirm it holds the lashes throughout the whole treatment.
My results aren't the same. Why?
Glue balms contain oil, unlike regular water-based glue, which is what gives them their balm texture. That oil can act as a barrier, so the lifting cream needs to be left on a little longer. From our testing, another 2–3 minutes is recommended.
How is this different from normal adhesive?
Texture. Normal adhesive dries out, so you can't fix lash placement without using water or applying another layer. Glue balm doesn't dry out, which lets you fix or replace lashes and makes the whole placement step far faster and easier.
Can I use it on the back of shields, on the eyelids?
It depends on the client's eye shape. On a flatter eye shape it works well. On a deeper eye shape the shields may lift, and you'll want normal adhesive instead.
Does it work on every lash type?
It performs beautifully on most lash types. On very thick lashes, a traditional adhesive may give you a stronger hold.
What's in it?
Ceteareth-25: effectively removes impurities and dirt from the surface of the hair.
Glycerin: pulls in moisture from the air, keeping lashes hydrated and healthy.
PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil: thickens hair and reduces, prevents and helps to hide damage. Castor oil is known to be a natural hair growth treatment that helps lashes grow healthier and thicker.
Full ingredients: Water (Aqua), Ceteareth-25, Synthetic Beeswax, Glycerin, PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor oil, Hydantoin Caramel, Simethicone, PVP, Glycol, PVP, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance.
Storage & shelf life
Sealed, your Glue Balm keeps for 2 years. Once opened, it has a generous Period After Opening of 24 months.
Keep air, oil and water out of the jar, store it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and keep the lid closed at all times. Stored well, it performs like day one.
Because performance after opening depends so heavily on storage conditions, changes in consistency or drying beyond 6 months from purchase fall outside our compensation policy.
Please note — the surface dip
Every jar is poured and set individually, and as the balm cools it can form a small dip in the centre. This is completely normal. It does not mean the jar has been opened, used, or is faulty — your jar is full and sealed. See the final product image for reference.

This stuff takes the stress out of learning lash lifting! Getting the lashes up onto the rod & ensuring they STAY was my biggest struggle while learning & now i’m a glue balm addict! I still use the regular glue for the strays but it’s so much quicker to use the balm first!
