1. Customer Obligations
1.1 Boo Beauty Bar will ensure that:

All orders are processed in a timely manner (typically within 48 hours on business days or 72 hours if placed over weekends/public holidays), unless otherwise notified through SMS, Emails and/or socials especially during sale periods.

All goods are properly packaged for safe transit, with care given to the nature of the products and any special handling instructions.

Contents and values are accurately declared, and all customs declarations are true and correct.
1.2 Customer responsibilities:

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is correct at the time of order.

You confirm that you are the intended recipient or are authorized to receive the goods and accept responsibility for any applicable import taxes or duties.
2. Duties & Taxes – Canada Shipments
If you are ordering from Canada, please note:

Import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping total at checkout.

You are fully responsible for paying any applicable customs charges imposed by Canadian authorities.
At checkout, you will be required to confirm your agreement that you are responsible for any taxes or import fees. If a shipment is returned to us due to non-payment or refusal of customs charges, we cannot offer a refund for the original order.
3. Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during sales periods, holidays, or due to inventory restocking.

Our 3PL warehouse selects the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method based on the package size, delivery address, and service availability.

Canada: Standard Shipping (3–6 business days), Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance or courier delays may affect final delivery.
4. Delivery Terms & Liability
Parcels may be left with Authority to Leave (ATL) if deemed safe by the courier. Boo Beauty Bar is not responsible for goods lost, stolen, or damaged after an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs/import duties, no refund or reshipment will be provided, as these are circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has left our warehouse, it is considered to be in the custody of the shipping carrier, and Boo Beauty Bar no longer holds legal or physical control over the parcel. In accordance with U.S. shipping and eCommerce law, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and general contract law, title and risk of loss for goods pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. This means that any loss, delay, or delivery issue must be addressed directly with the courier (such as DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
While we always aim to assist our customers as much as we can, please understand that once shipped, we are legally and operationally limited in what we can access—such as Proof of Delivery (POD), delivery scans, redirection details, or investigation updates. These are typically only available to the recipient (you), and we do not have special access or authority beyond what is publicly shown via the tracking link.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to take full responsibility for tracking and managing the parcel once it has been dispatched and tracking has been provided. You also agree to contact the appropriate shipping provider for any delivery-related issues.
We’re always here to support you where possible and will try our best to help guide you, but please note that Boo Beauty Bar cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in the courier’s hands.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to delivery information or cancellations must be made before the order is fulfilled.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are processed by our warehouse.
6. Professional Range Disclaimer
Our products are formulated and sold exclusively for use by trained professionals.

All kits include basic instructions, but further technique support is only provided to those who have completed Boo Beauty Bar training.

Customers should have completed formal lash lift or brow lamination training before purchasing or using our products.
We do not wholesale or authorize reselling of our training materials. Legal action will be taken against any individual or entity reproducing or distributing our training without written permission.
7. Limited Liability
While we strive to provide the highest-quality products, Boo Beauty Bar:

Is not liable for individual allergic reactions or treatment outcomes. Patch testing is the responsibility of the professional.

Disclaims liability for any customs/import fees, and cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels marked ATL, or denied entries due to unpaid duties.
